The “Piano Man’s” Hamptons home exudes that airy and relaxed feeling that a beach house should have! Jonathan Adler

Designer Jonathan Adler’s Hamptons retreat, which he shares with Simon Doonan, was built from the imagination of the couple. Indoors, Jonathan decorated with a goal of blending “Big Sur bohemian and rich Ibiza hippie” by mixing his own designs with a wide variety of vintage pieces (Architectural Digest).

Tori Burch

Orginally an Art Deco Southampton Manor built in the ’20s, Tory Burch’s Hamptons home is now a family-friendly, inviting living space thanks to her collaboration with architect and designer Daniel Romualdez. The goal was to create decor that didn’t feel like it was just for summer because Tory wanted to be able to come every weekend. The solarium shows how well blue and natural materials work well together, with woven chairs and antique blue-and-white china.

Cindy Sherman

Famed photographer and filmmaker Cindy Sherman renovated her dilapidated 19th-century home into an eclectic refuge bursting with prints! With the help of designer Billy Cotton, the two layered rich patterns to build a country home feeling. “So much of the aesthetic sensibility of this project is tied to the fabrics and carpets we selected,” says Cotton.
