As summer draws near, many Manhattanites are making plans to spend the hot months ahead holed up in the Hamptons. If there is one place in the state of New York that we would be happily exiled to, it’s definitely the Hamptons. From Scoop du Jour in East Hampton to watching the surfers out at Ditch Plains in Montauk, the Hamptons come alive during the weeks between Memorial Day through Labor Day.
