DecoratorsBest Affiliate Program Update: Hints and Tips to Jumpstart Sales!

Dear Affiliates and Future Affiliates,

We are so excited about how successful this affiliate program has been so far. With new affiliates already starting to monetize their blogs with our sales, I wanted to share some tips and hints for those whose commission could use a boost.

Stay true to yourself and your passions!

If you live for wallpaper, you should blog about your favorite new products and their manufacturers. Don’t write about boats or dogs or even our fabric if it doesn’t interest you. Readers will look right through that. Also, promote the products which are in high demand in order to improve the sale. Remember – link it!

Find a Niche

If you’re a food blogger living in the Lower East Side, you’re not alone. So was I. The more specific your target audience is, the better you are to be found and build a solid following. The higher your following is, the more potential for you to earn commission.

NEVER Underestimate the Power of SEO!

How are you doing with your SEO? SEO is a huge part of being found online. Interlink with as many other sites as you can, and experiment with some keywords to link on your blog.

One is Silver and the Other’s Gold

Make new friends. How many blog rolls are you on? It is important that your blog is featured on other blogs so you can attract more readers. And guest blog! Writing on other blogs is another great tool. I would also work on increasing your Facebook/Twitter presence to make yourself stand out and appear more valuable.

    1. Hi there,

We’re no longer participating in the affiliate program mentioned above; however, we are looking into joining another one in the future. If you’re interested, you can shoot me an email at, and we can let you know once it’s in effect.
